• Successfully completed a detailed FEA structural and Seismic analysis for a power conversion system cabinet used in a wind mill power conversion system.
• Adjunct Professor of Mechanical Engineering, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Teaching Finite Element Method and Elements of Machine Design (2006-Present)
• Completed a thermal and structural FEA analysis used for failure analysis to identify the source of jacket pipe failure for ground buried high pressure steam pipe.

• Designed and successfully tested a supersonic flow nozzle used in making Carbon Dioxide snow flakes used in cleaning the electronic eye of a Color Image reader.
• Provided thermal analysis, flow analysis and piping design for a power electronics system cabinet that met MIL SPECS for submarine vessel. Prototype was successfully tested.

Provided General Mechanical Engineering support/expertise in product development with emphasis on thermal, fluid flow, shock & vibration engineering to all business modalities.
• Led the thermal analysis and design of MRI system cabinets, MRI gradient coils, X-Ray detector system systems and X-Ray generators, resulting in systems operating with thermal specifications. Performed mechanical analysis and qualification of X-ray tables.
• Performed mechanical analysis of medical modular buildings and mobile vans for proper vibration isolation to ensure image qualities are met. Managed and prioritized multiple project demands that met overall program schedules and goals.

Senior Engineer & Project Leader
Provided thermal, fluid flow and Cryogenic Engineering/design expertise for all new Super-conducting magnets used in GE MRI Imaging Devices.
• Provided thermal & cryogenic analysis/design for MRT (Magnet Resonance Therapy) Magnet, which went to market on time and provided GE a monopoly for a while.
• Developed Cryogenics testing method for Conduction cooled Cryogenless supeconducting magnets in a vertical Dewar.
• Lead Engineer responsible for the development of a common calibration curve for Ruthenium Oxide temperature sensor for cryogenic application. This saved the company over $500k/year
