How do I disable or remove an organization?

Removing an organization will cause problems for any content (including users, requests, and documents) associated with that organization. Thus, this should be done rarely, and very carefully.

How do I add a patent?

  1. Click on Create content, Patent in the left menu for the form to create a Patent.
  2. Enter the official USPTO Title, Patent Number, Class and Subclasses, Inventor(s), Assignee, Abstract, and the CATI License dates.
  3. Select Access: Protected, and Patent Type. Use Access: Private for patents that are not yet available for use.

How do I review requests and approve or reject them?

    1. Click on Requests in the left menu to list available requests.
    2. Click or control-click on values in Workflow States (or other menus) to filter the list.
    3. Click on column headings to sort the list.
    4. Click on a title to see request details.
    5. Click on the Workflow tab to change the state to approved or rejected.
    6. Click on the Edit tab to edit details, add comments, or update workflow.

    1. Click on Administer, User management, Users in the left menu to list users.
    2. Check the box to the left of each user you want to modify.
    3. Under Update options, select the action (e.g. block, delete, unblock) for the selected user(s).
    4. Click the Update button when finished.
